Rest Arc is operated by RITMO ENERGY LLC. These terms apply to use of this store and purchases made through it.
Your order
Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review the selected product, variant, quantity, delivery address and total before paying. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; a shipment confirmation is sent separately.
If an item is unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before changing the order. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, we will refund the payment collected for the cancelled items and any associated undelivered shipping charge.
Prices and payment
Store prices are in US dollars unless another currency is expressly displayed. Applicable checkout taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. Prices may change for future orders; a later price change does not change a confirmed order. A product purchase does not enroll you in a recurring subscription.
Delivery and order changes
Delivery regions, processing estimates, tracking and delayed-order handling are described in our shipping policy. Contact us promptly if you need an address correction or cancellation. Changes may no longer be possible after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
Returns and product problems
For a return request or a damaged, incorrect or missing item, contact us with your order number so we can provide the applicable next steps and any required return authorization. Do not send goods to our business correspondence address or to a supplier without instructions. Any published return policy applies alongside your rights under applicable consumer law; these terms do not remove those rights.
Use and privacy
Use products only for their stated purpose and follow the instructions supplied with the actual product. Do not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or infringe the rights of others. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.
Changes and contact
Updated terms apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to an existing order. Questions can be sent through our support form. Include your order number where relevant.
